The 2020 Voyager Estate The Modern Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 86% Merlot 9% and Petit Verdot 5%. Sourced from three plots in Margaret River, from vineyards planted on gravelly soils and farmed under an organic regime.
Designed to showcase the organically farmed vineyards in a contemporary, fresh style. An aromatic, medium-bodied Margaret River Cabernet, this is bursting with red and dark fruit flavours which makes it pretty irresistible as a drink-now proposition. With subtle complexity and a lovely tannin profile, this will no doubt age gracefully for the more patient among us.
