With an aim of preserving the unique old vineyards of South Australia, championing the best clones of each variety and embracing organic and biodynamic practices, the wines from Heirloom consistently impress.
The 2023 Heirloom Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc was produced from their best Adelaide Hills Vineyard and reflects perfect growing conditions throughout the vintage. Perfumed and lifted, this is brimming with plenty of fresh gooseberry, green apple and lychee flavours, on a balanced, textured palate with plenty of lively acidity.
