The 2021 Glaetzer Amon Ra is made from 100% Shiraz from exceptional old vines (aged between 50 and 130 years old) in the famed Ebenezer sub district at the northern tip of the Barossa Valley. Seamless, rich and full-bodied with black plum flavours intermingling with dried spice and finely balanced supple tannin. Impressive yet restrained. A wine that will develop beautifully with long term cellaring over decades.
